I knew there were stories out there about your “pride ‘n’ joy”!! Thank you for sending them in. I cannot use all of them in this issue because of needing to report the results of the NC Region Spring Meet which takes several pages. I do want to thank you and expect to see them in the September/ October issue. You will see it repeated many times in this issue by many reporters but I’m going to say it too -- what a great NC Region Spring meet hosted by Three Rivers Chapter!! The location was excellent. All the trees provided shade and the grassy lawn was cool for our feet and cars. If you missed it, you missed a good one. Our NC Region Fall Meet will be hosted by Cape Fear Chapter and will be located at the USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial Park. They have done a lot of improvements to the park and are anxious to have AACA come. The registration form will be in this issue and September/ October. This should also be a great show -- start planning now to be there.Three Rivers Chapter is also hosting the 2nd Annual Cruise-In at the NC Transportation Museum in July. See a write-up on page 7. This is a way to enjoy your antique without having to worry about judges looking at it. Bring the family and enjoy the museum. My computer is back with upgrades and new programs.
