Cape Fear is one of 14 Chapters that are in the NC Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA). We are located in Wilmington and serve the Lower Cape Fear area, famous for its beaches, the Battleship USS North Carolina and the NC Azalea Festival.
Chartered in 1972, Cape Fear has a membership of approximately 70 members and continues to grow. We have a wide range of antique vehicles from the early Model T’s and A’s to the muscle cars of the 60’s and 70’s. Our passion is the restoration and preservation of antique vehicles and the enjoyment we have with them. Whether it is a parade, tour, show, or any other event, we are sure to have fun and good fellowship. This is a family oriented club that participates in a variety of events that appeal to all family members.
A monthly dinner and business meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month at a local restaurant. The meeting starts with dinner at 6:30 pm and followed by a short business meeting. Visitors are always welcome and you do not have to own a car to join us. Contact any of the officers for location and directions of our next meeting. They will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Visit the different areas and links on our website to learn more about our activities, events, the AACA, and us.
Hope to see you soon!!
